Yes. Our lamps are designed for a clean indoor experience. To ensure a smokeless and odorless burn, you must use Pure Paraffin Oil and keep the cotton wick very short (1–2 mm exposed). If the wick is too high or if you use low-quality oil, smoke may occur.

Absolutely. KROMA lamps are crafted for indoor atmospheres (living rooms, dining tables). Always place the oil lamp on a stable, flat surface away from drafts and flammable materials. Never leave a burning flame unattended and keep out of reach of children.

We ship everywhere in Europe. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery time across the EU is 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our studio.

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your KROMA object, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact us via email to initiate the return process.
