REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date your order was received.
  • It must be in perfect resale condition: undamaged, unsoiled, and complete (accessories, instructions, packaging if possible).
  • The product may be unpacked and tested, but must show no signs of wear (scratches, stains, deformation, etc.).
  • Promotional items are non-refundable, except in cases of proven defect or non-compliance.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product cannot be resold.
If these conditions are met, the return will be validated, and the refund process initiated as described below.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@projectkroma.com or via the contact form on the website.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Attach one or more photos of the product to verify its condition.
  4. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and shipping instructions.
  5. You must then return the product within 7 days of the request validation.
  6. The shipment must be made with tracking, to ensure proper receipt of the package.

Products returned without prior authorization cannot be processed.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed:

  • The refund is issued within a maximum of 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the product.
  • It will be made via the original payment method used for the order.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the refund is initiated.

In the case of a non-compliant, damaged product, or one returned in an inappropriate condition, Project Kroma reserves the right to partially or totally refuse the refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • In case of simple withdrawal (change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • In case of a defective product or an error on our part (incorrect model, product damaged upon receipt), return shipping costs are at our expense.

In all cases, the terms will be clearly communicated to you by email following your request.
